About the music

  • Acoustic rock. Lyrically, there's a lot of sad stuff. My music talks a lot about mental illness, much of it with queer sub-themes. There are some songs portraying different aspects of friendship, and the current state of society and how people treat each other. Giving early 2000s emo vibes, at times. In short: sad, queer acoustic rock is probably how I'd describe it (Jake Graham)

  • Well first off, acoustic rock is an accurate way to describe the sound. Lyrically I'd say Jake's music is raw, emotionally honest, visceral - you know, artsy nerd speak for there do be feels (S)

  • Chill moody music is what I'd call it. (A)

  • It's quite sad. It's nice, but it's sad. (M)
